Photograph caption dated January 15, 1960 reads "Marcelino Salingay, paraplegic veteran, seated right, gets some assistance in working general aptitude test battery from Harry. P. Jensen, department of employment, left, and Dr. Leslie Navran, Veterans Administration Hospital. Salingay, permanently injured during war, is seeking work as buffer or assembler." Assistance is given at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Sepulveda.
