Dinner
Cecilia Sun Yun Chiang has been credited with bringing authentic Mandarin and Northern Chinese cuisine to the United States, first in San Francisco in 1960 and then in Beverly Hills in 1975. Chiang received the James Beard Foundation Award for lifetime achievement in 2013. In 2014 Wayne Wang released a documentary about Chiang's life titled: "Soul of a Banquet." This menu was used in the Chow Exhibition at the Museum of Food and Drink in New York in 2017
