Description
This is a letter from Peter Drucker to Harlan Mills. Drucker comments on the book "Uncertainty and Business Decisions". He believes it brings up a lot of relative points for OR&S (Operations Research and Synthesis), but this is mostly through omission. He goes on to describe in detail three points that were unclear, and the questions that arose about them, after reading the book. This letter contains an original signature and handwritten notes.
