Photograph article dated January 5, 1963 partially reads, "Nancy Rae Starr was chosen as the Snowflake Shuffle Queen of the Junior Catholic Daughters of California, Court St. Anthony 1366, Burbank. A red velvet robe was presented to her by the retiring queen, Angela Franconi, and Ann Schiavone, worthy grand regent of the Senior Court, presented her with a royal bouquet of red roses. Miss Starr attends Bellarmine Jefferson High School, Burbank. Chosen as her princesses were Barbara Bessotto, Jean Keller, Jeanne Fay and Barbara Hungerford."
