Title supplied by cataloger. At least 20 workers were trapped in an aqueduct tunnel near Sylmar, Calif., after a natural gas explosion. The workers were constructing part of a five-mile tunnel for the Department of Water and Power. Photograph caption reads: "F[ire] D[epartment] rescue team, [L to R], Ross Rauh, Kenneth Thompson, Frank Fasmer, have coffe and talk after reaching surface". Photograph dated: June 25,1971.
