Photograph caption dated November 12, 1964 reads, "Modern gallery - The one-time stables on the estate of Francis Lederer, left, honorary mayor of Canoga Park, were turned into a plush art gallery last week with the hanging of paintings and $250,000 worth of renovating. Also admiring the sculpture at last week's opening of the Canoga Mission Community Art Cetner [sic], 23030 Sherman Way, is actor Hans Conried of Hollywood."
