Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Redondo waves. 11/12/76: At high tide, waves smash over seawall at Redondo Beach splash fronts of homes along the Strand. These pix made from 500 block. 75: Cat 'poses' for his picture, ignores tiny shovel nose shark washed 200 feet ashore by high wave at Redondo Beach. 38: Cat sniffing same shark. 81: JoAnn Weishaar, of Fullerton, vacationing at Hermosa Beach, displays tiny shovel nose shark washed 200 feet ashore by high waves at Redondo. 82: Ditto for Dorothy Cooper of LaHabra Heights. L. to r., 17/18: Lynn Knauss and Billy Towers, all of Lawndale, lend a hand to the owner of a home at 518 Strand, damaged by high waves. Mr. and Mrs. James Shiu and children moved out of this home today. It is owned by Mrs. Gladys P. Reich".
