View of the burnt remains of the "Salt Box" the morning after a fire took place. Photograph dated October 9, 1969.; Built in the 1880s and originally located at 339 S. Bunker Hill Avenue, the "Salt Box" was Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #5. In March, 1969 the home was relocated to Heritage Square for restoration.
