Photograph caption dated October 24, 1964 reads, "Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. tomorrow, and, if you're up then, turn BACK your clock to 1 a.m. Gay Scott, Valley Times staff writer, adjusting an office clock, will be setting it forward again when daylight saving time returns April 25."
