Description
"Whiskerinos of the World" a parade and contest for beards. View shows Zellerback Paper Company employees being prepared to start the contest. "Spray" Moore is at the microphone. The occasion is the Sacramento Golden Empire Centennial celebration in 1939. This event celebrated John Sutter landing in Sacramento in 1839.
