Description
Peter F. Drucker gives a speech about the future of his legacy in the 21st century. He begins by explaining why he founded the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. He talks about why the Drucker program is different than other management programs. Drucker explains that it offers training for working professionals, MBA and PhD degrees, and allows students to apply the skills they learn in the classroom to their real jobs. He discusses how he defines management and what makes an effective manager. Drucker talks about how executives can make knowledge effective. He ends the speech by describing why it is essential to continue education in the business world.
