Photographic portrait of Judge Joaquin Carrillo, ca.1845-1865. He can be seen from the chest up in an oval cutout. He is looking straight ahead, although his shoulders are turned slightly to the left. He is wearing spectacles and has long sideburns. He is wearing a bow tie around an upturned collar and a jacket under an overcoat. Grandfather of Rev (Lev?) Carrillo.
