Photograph caption dated November 7, 1955 reads, "A vary convincing clown is Mrs. Claire Earl who usually performs the sober duties of parliamentarian for Lankershim School PTA. But on Thursday she will dress in this jolly costume and vend balloons at the association-sponsored Fall Festival. Very excited young celebrants pictured with her are Stephanie Coronios and Thomas Martinez, both 5."
