Drawing of C. P. Huntinton as an octopus holding various things in its tenticles including (left to right): paper with words "Honest vote", a man with "manufacturer" tag, man with a "farmer" tag, man with a "merchant" tag, man with an "orange raiser" tag, paper with words "subsidized press", Oakland [city hall], and San Francisco [city hall]; right tenticle injured, letters "Johnsons defeat".
Cartoon appeared in the San Francisco Examiner, December 14, 1896.
