Description
Firefighters scale ladders propped against side of drill tower, while firefighter in foreground starts to climb upright ladder from truck. Photo labeled 'Above Ground Evolutions.' Note on lower left of photo points out that drill tower shown in photo is made of wood, while its replacement is made of concrete, allowing firefighters to work with 'live' fires in the tower.
