Description: "Business opened yesterday at this 152 unit Holiday Inn, located just off the South Sacramento Freeway at 47th Avenue. The motel, which cost more than $1.5 million to build, is the second to be opened in the Sacramento area by Pacific Motels, Inc., under a franchise from Holiday Inns of America, Inc., of Memphis, Tenn. Sacramento's first Holiday Inn ... was opened in January. The general contracor for both inns was Allen Brothers & O'Hara of San Bernardino County"
