Photograph caption dated May 13, 1963 reads, "Members of the Lowman Parent Group Inc., of the Lowman School for the Handicapped, North Hollywood, prepare for annual fund-raising dance at 8 p.m. Saturday at Knights of Columbus Hall, 14450 Valerio St.,Van Nuys. Fixing 'Paris in the Spring' decorations are (from left) Mmes. E. V. Miller, Van Nuys, dance chairman; J. H. Kerr, North Hollywood; and Charles Beck, Mission Hills. Tickets may be obtained for $4 a couple by calling Mrs. Dee Salazar, 366-1844."
