Photograph caption dated February 12, 1960 reads, "Officer Paul Hospodar shows Steven Eberle, 5, left, and his brother, Paul, 6, police equipment to be displayed Monday when school-age children and their parents tour Van Nuys division of police department as part of Canoga Park Civic Association's citizenship program. Youngsters' mother, Mrs. Wesley Eberle, is member of association which is sponsoring tour."
