Description
Survey of a large, two-story rectangular house made of brick and stucco. The house was built in 1938 by Clarence Stover for his family and was one of the few all electric model homes built in the valley. Rocks from local orange groves were used to construct the house. The house was built next to Millard Sheets' home due to the friendship between Stover and Sheets.
