J.C. Harper writes to Robert P. Scripps to clarify that he was not considering liquidizing the Ellen B. Scripps Estate within that fiscal year, and to clarify that he believed the Claremont Colleges to have precedence when discussing liquidation of the Carlton Seaver note.
