LAPD officers arrested about 10 demonstrators who blocked the entrance to the office of El Salvador Consulate, after demonstrators demanded new representative's resignation. Demonstrators objected to death squads and human rights violations they claim rampant in the Central America's strongman. Photograph dated July 4, 1989.
