The $5,000 all-wood bungalow clubhouse, located at 14836 Sylvan Street (originally West Virginia Street), was designed by Reginald Harris and completed in 1917. The Woman's Club sold the building, a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, in the 1990s. Congregation Iglesia de Jesu Seristo Fuente de Amor later came to occupy the structure. Photograph caption dated May 1, 1965 reads, "The Van Nuys Woman's Club honored past presidents at its recent charter day celebration at the clubhouse. They are Mmes. Robert Ellis, front; Howell C. McDaniel, left, James L. Neel, J. Howard Wilson and Lloyd Rainey, second row, and, back, from left, James Wilbray, Bert Holloway, Belle Bever, Charles Tingle, Ross Rook, Harrison Brown and Raymond Post. The club was organized April 3, 1912, and was federated July, 1912."
