Photograph article dated June 24, 1954 partially reads, "Budweiser Beer's new 'Home in the West' at 15800 Roscoe Blvd., Van Nuys, began operations today after formal opening ceremonies attended by civic and business leaders of Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley...Participating in the program besides the company officials, were Mayor Norris Poulson and W. O. Lindstrom of the Van Nuys Chamber of Commerce, who brought out the fact that the company would provide jobs for Valleyites."
