Charles W. Protzman writes Mr. Isamu Sakamoto, senior adviser for Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., saying that he remembers Sakamoto's visit in 1951. Protzman authorizes Sakamoto to quote from his report and use his name. He goes on to say that the one thing of special importance which his report does not cover, is the translations and concept implementations that would not have been made possible without the work of Mr. Inoue and Mr. Takeo Katō. The letter is handwritten.
