Description
The characters, which read "FURYU" (an aesthetic concept of naturalness) reproduce the calligraphic hand of the 14th generation Head Master of the Urasenke tradition of tea, Tantansai Mugensai Soshitsu (1893-1964). The potter is Kyuho, with whom Tantansai often collaborated.
