Description
View of 1421 3rd St, double brick house erected in 1861 by Solomon Jack Nathan, a clothier at 3rd & K St..One side of the house was occupied by the Root family, birthplace of Harry Root, County Recorder. The other side was occupied by Jacob Keber of Keber & Hammer, grocers.In front of the house is the La Tepiquiena No. 1 grocery store. Auto in the foreground.
