Three youngsters from South Central Los Angeles are shown on December 5, 1976, enjoying the toboggan run set up at the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity house at USC. The members of the fraternity trucked in tons of finely-crushed ice to use as snow and spread it out on their patio. The children were from underprivileged areas of the city.
