Photograph caption dated December 21, 1953 reads "Glenn Gager, center, Woodland Hills businessman, is shown receiving a plaque designating him 'Man of the Year' in Woodland Hills. The honor was bestowed by the community's Men's Club. Milton Hodenfield, left, past president, announced the award. Harry Martin, right, is president of the club. Gager was lauded for him (sic) unselfish work in behalf of youth in the area."
