Valley Times TODAY article dated March 10, 1962 partially reads, "The next time you drive along Foothill boulevard, be careful - you may end up in the funnies. That's the area watched by Highway Patrol traffic officers George Herbert and George Heckenkamp, creators of a new weekly cartoon series illustrating traffic laws."
