Description
Rehabilitation of the curfew areas in Watts include a continuing clean-up, paint-up, and fix-up campaign. Young members of the Community Conservation Corps do their bit by cleaning up a lot at 114th and Avalon Streets. Photo dated: July 31, 1966.
