It has several small towers topped with onion-shaped roofs and a large arched doorway leads into the building at right. In the foreground at left is a small house with a covered porch and two stories. A grassy, landscaped lot is in the foreground at right and a wide dirt street runs across the image in the foreground. A network of utility wires crosses above the street.
