Description
"This is the apartments and recreational portion of the 46 acre Fairlake Apartments development on Howe Avenue which has been purchased by Town and Country Village, Inc., owned by City Councilman Dain J. Domich. Outlined at the upper right is the final unit of apartments and a clubhouse, construction of which is nearing completion. The development consists of 565 apartments and extensve recreational facilities. Work is set to start within two weeks on a shopping center, which will occupy a site north of the apartments. The development was acquired for more than $10 million"
