Description
Photograph shows the high browse line caused by the combined use of resident and migratory deer on one of the concentration areas near Foreman Ranch range. Deer use will be further intensified on these areas after flooding of adjacent range by the reservoir. Photograph is from the Rare Book A report to the State Engineer of California on the fish, wildlife, and recreational resources in relation to the proposed Oroville Reservoir, Butte County, California / prepared in cooperation with the State Division of Water Resources, State Division of Beaches and Parks, State Division of Forestry, U.S. Forest Service, and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.
