Description
Image of the North Beach Bath House as seen from the Arcadia Hotel with a portion of the remains of the Los Angeles & Independence Railroad Wharf at bottom left and the North Beach Bath House Pier just north of it, in Santa Monica, California. The Long Wharf is seen at center left of image, in the distance.
This is a copy negative (a photograph of another photograph). Title based on note from donor Ernest Marquez; date supplied by cataloger based on history of the North Beach Bath House Pier, which opened in 1898, and the auditorium (not visible) built on the roof of the North Beach Bath House in 1901.
