Description
Park Center Project billboard by Foster and Kleiser. Sign advertises project as an "Action Program of the Redevelopment Agency of San Jose" and lists the redevelopment agency members, and former members. From a series of thirteen black and white photographs of the same man holding a sign that reads "City Unfair to Victims of Urban Renewal," posing in different locations. Outside of envelope is marked "13 Best Kjaerbye - James." Accompanying set of negatives includes more images.
