Description

Sign advertises project as an "Action Program of the Redevelopment Agency of San Jose" and lists the redevelopment agency members, and former members. From a series of thirteen black and white photographs of the same man holding a sign that reads "City Unfair to Victims of Urban Renewal," posing in different locations. Outside of envelope is marked "13 Best Kjaerbye - James." Accompanying set of negatives includes more images.
