The women wear long dresses and hats. Frank Wiggins can be seen at the center of the group standing on a coupler of the locomotive at right. He is wearing a suit and hat, and has a long gray moustache. A man wearing a suit can be seen standing on the ground at right holding the hands of a woman crouched on the train. A man wearing a tall hat can be seen standing between the two trains. A bridge or overpass can be seen in the background extending over the top of both trains.
