Description
"The Hinsey house (c. 1925) sat upon a one-acre tract on the hill above Sunrise Avenue and Fair Oaks Blvd. This elaborate Craftsmen houes, built in 1910, accommodated the family of W. W. Hinsey and his wife, Carrie, shown here with the family dog Jack. Hinsey moved to Fair Oaks in 1898 and eventually became the general manager of the Fair Oaks Fruit Company, as well as founding member and first president of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce."
