Description
Photo of some of the damage caused by the 1915 volcanic eruption of Ms. Lassen. Ten men sit atop of logs in a large pile of logs and debris near Mount Lassen. Notes on the reverse of the photo state: "Some of the debris carried down by the flood. Notice the light puff of smoke which comes from the driftwood . . . was set on fire by the hot (illegible - rocks[?])."
