Photograph caption dated March 15, 1965 reads, "Opening - Mrs. Rose Williams prepares to open the new Laurie apartments in Pacoima, as, left to right, Fred Weeks, Pacoima Chamber of Commerce president; Morris Williams, Ed Williams, Miss Sylvia Lewine and Mrs. Ethel Williams assist her. Ed Williams, son of Morris and Rose Williams, invested $475,000 in 50 apartment units."
