Description
Dilapidated row slum housing with potted plants on a makeshift shelf and a decrepit wooden chair. Photo description on back states: "contains 21 units. Each unit is two rooms (very tiny) and rents for $32 per month with utilities extra. There is no hot water or refrigerator andit is rat infested. Property is owned by the Sullivan family at 1529 E. 12th St." Photo dated: Apr. 14.
