In the center, the large corn is visible in an upright position while the women are standing directly to its sides one of them is on top of a four-step ladder with her hand slightly touching the corn. The women all wear short dresses, skirts, or shorts, and tennis shoes with ankle socks. Two of the women wear brimmed straw hats, one woman is holding a hat, and the fourth has her hat resting on her back. Tall corn stalks fill in the backdrop.
