Description: "Wells Fargo Bank's Campus Commons branch will be located on the lower floor of the $400,000 office building, recently completed by Campus Commons' developers at 350 University Ave. The structure has a total of 12,000 square feet of floor space, was designed by architect Charles Warren Callister of Tiburon and built by the Campus Commons Construction Co."
