Photograph caption dated June 8, 1965 reads "Battalion commander, Cadet Major Steve Bunka, presents flowers to Mary Lou DeCinces, Woodland Hills, the 'Ridgewood Color Girl for 1965,' at the school's annual Blue and Gold Military Ball. Her escort, Cadet First Lt. Steven Bergquist, looks on. Miss DeCinces will present the school flag to the color guard at the annual commencement ceremonies Friday. The entire student body will participate in the exercises."
