Description
Two (unidentified) members of E. Clampus Vitus photograph a new plaque commemorating the Sacramento, Placer and Nevada RR, built and operated by Theodore D. Judah in 1861-1864. The plaque is near Auburn-Folsom Road opposite the main entrance to Folson Lake State Park and was dedicated as part of Sacramento County History Week.
