Photograph caption dated March 26, 1958 reads "Civil Air Patrol cadets from Squadron 7, San Fernando, sponsored by San Fernando Elk's Lodge, 'police' area at Southern Area Headquarters in Burbank, for pre-encampment mission this weekend. Setting up practice camp from left Barry McWilliams, Steve Fate, Pauline Smith and Judy Cannell. Cadets from all Valley squadrons will take part in mission which will prepare youths for summer encampment programs."
