Description
Republican mural, Artana Street, Lower Ormeau Road, South Belfast, 1999. Mural makes link between the official finding that the London Metropolitan Police's investigation into the death of the Black teenager Stephen Lawrence (killed in a racist attack 1993) was marked by 'institutionalised racism', and the accusation of ''institutionalised sectarianism' in the RUC's investigation of Robert Hamill's deat after a sectarian attack in Portadown, 1997.
