On his chest is a tattoo of the words, in elaborate lettering, the words, "El Salvador". Below the words appear to be a clustering of bones. The young man wears another tattoo on his upper lip. It is indecipherable in the photo. He also wears another tattoo on his forehead, the letters M & S visible, with something indecipherable between them & and on top of them.It is about 3pm.
