Description
Land lease agreement for two parcels: one 16 acre parcel (.92 acres is stricken from this parcel) a portion of Lots 3, 4, 8 and 9 (lots 3, and 4 are handwritten annotations) of Block F, Dominguez Colony Tract in Rancho San Pedro and one 20.48 acre parcel between the A. J. D. de Guyer allotment in Rancho San Pedro between Alameda and the Classification Yards of the Los Angeles Harbor Department. A description for a third parcel is stricken from the agreement. Yearly rent is $1112. Verbiage relating to the subleasing of the land is stricken and additional verbiage is added at the end of the agreement. Verbiage requiring the lessee be an American citizen and stating the lessee's birth certificate or naturalization certificate is a part of the agreement is also added to the lease. The document is signed by the lessor and lessee.
