Featured on page 85 of Morgan's "Electronics in the West" with this caption: "Heintz's 33-meter short-wave transmitter and wind-driven 400-cycle alternating-current generator which sent messages for seven hours from the Dallas Spirit flying toward Honolulu until the moment when the plane, in a tailspin, crashed into the sea."
