The article partially reads, "Woodruff's, a Phelps-Terkel store at 5027 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, was under new ownership today. Store officials, including the founders, David S. Phelps and Richard B. Terkel, of the Southern California mens' wear firm, were greeted by a large crowd of shoppers and Valley civic leaders last night. Earl S. Mooney of Glendale, is the new store manager. The Phelps-Terkel concern purchased the store from Ray Woodruff, who has been a community merchandising leader in the Valley for 20 years."
